Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These terms apply when you engage PIXELVANCE ("we", "us") for work. Anything we agree in writing for a specific project (a quote, a scope document or an email confirmation) takes priority over this page.
What we do
We provide web development, digital marketing (Google Ads and Meta Ads), social media management, and video editing. The exact deliverables for your project are whatever is written in your quote.
Quotes and pricing
Every price shown on this site is a starting point and is negotiable based on scope. The final figure is the one in your written quote. Taxes apply where relevant. Advertising spend is separate from our fee, is paid to the ad platform, and is agreed with you upfront.
Payments
Unless your quote says otherwise, work starts after the advance is received, and the balance is due before final delivery or handover. Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each cycle.
Timelines and revisions
Most projects go live in one to three weeks. Timelines assume we get your content, approvals and access when we ask for them. Revisions are included as described in your quote. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before we start them.
What we need from you
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you give us, and for having the rights to any logos, images, text or footage you supply. If you supply material you do not own, that is on you, not us.
Results
We build for conversion and we run campaigns properly, but we do not promise specific rankings, revenue, lead volume or ad results. Search engines and ad platforms are third parties and we do not control their policies, pricing or algorithms.
Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables are yours. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates and know-how. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information private and only share it with the people or platforms needed to do the work.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over what has been paid for. Retainers end at the close of the current billing cycle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
