This policy explains what PIXELVANCE ("we", "us") does with the information you give us. PIXELVANCE is a web development and digital marketing studio based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range if you share it, and your message. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, card details or health data.

If analytics or advertising tools are switched on, they may also set cookies and record standard technical data such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you viewed.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work you hire us for, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails to people who only filled in an enquiry form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script endpoint and saved to a Google Sheet that only we can access, and a copy is emailed to our inbox. That means Google processes and stores this data on our behalf, under Google's own terms. Access is limited to the people at PIXELVANCE who need it to respond to you.

Analytics and advertising

This site can use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand traffic and measure ad performance. These are only active when we have configured them. They work through cookies and similar technology, and the data they collect is governed by Google's and Meta's privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run our tools (for example Google and Meta), or where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do keep access tight and limited.
